Talk me out of a new truck?

I like reading the posts that read something like this. "I just fried my transmission. My truck is all stock except a programmer, 100 hp injectors, a 12" stack, and a bigger turbo. I don't understand why I broke it, I drive so carefully to and from the dragstrips and truck pulls before entering the truck".

I love reading those posts also.

I skipped all the 6.0 6.4 stuff and kept 7.3l 450 and upgraded 1ton truck to a '12 f350srw 6.7 and really like it.
With what you do go gasser or keep yours if it worries you have egr delete and studs put in it.
The new truck I have has 15k on it now and really enjoy driving it, its good on fuel for a 1ton and does not need any more power.
