Tiller Tarter Cultivator on BX2230

I have a 60", 6 tine Tarter cultivator for my Kubota BX2230. I cannot seem to get the 3 point to lift it high enough to get the tines off of the ground. I used this thing last year and didn't seem to have this problem! I'm usually able to look at things and figure it out but this one has me baffled! What am I forgetting?

Start by shortening the top link. Also, check to see that the pins are in the highest holes on the links that connects the lift cylinders to the lower lift arms. ( if there are multiple holes).
