Tarter Rototiller Parts

Can anyone ID this tiller? 5' chain drive. I got this dirt cheap as it needs a hex drive shaft, but cannot find the correct manual for parts. If I can't buy new I'll find someone to weld/sleeve it back together.

I keep forgetting that Tarter is not the same family owned business it once was. It has been sold to some investment group and things have changed.
