June, and will be passing near Tazwell. Who do I contact about planning a visit to the factory? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why not go to their website and sent them an e-mail asking about it? Personally, I was in the area and just went unannounced and was given a tour, but they might not always have someone readily available to do that (or they may have).

Since you are going to be in the area, I highly recommend going to eat at Cuz's

I have only been there once, but its reputation has been good in the past. excellent food and huge portions..

Do NOT email them. They say they are computer literate, I doubt it on many levels.

But they know how to use a phone and are very, very very good about responding so give sales a call.
