I know this post is old but I had the same issue today on my TC33D and thought I'd share what I found. A few weeks ago I was using the tractor and shut it off in the field, went back to start it - nothing - no dash lights, no headlights, no clicking, no anything - I tried it again in 10 minutes and it started...
Today I went to start it - nothing - same no lights, no nothing situation. I checked the battery, all the fuses, all looked good. Battery is 8 years old so I went and bought a new battery from O'Reilly for 160 bucks - installed it - but no change - still dead. I started wiggling wires/cables while watching the dash and when I wiggled the wire bundle going into the starter the lights came on - So then I tried to crank it over and the lights went off.. I could wiggle the cable and the lights would come on again. Clearly the connection was loose so after tightening the bolt holding the positive cable to the starter solenoid it cranked right up and has been good all day.
Hope it helps someone....
