TC 35 clean the fuel tank

Just pulled my fuel tank. Inside looks horrible. Looking for tank cleaning ideas.(before I start a web wide search. Seems to be quite a bit of good knowledge here.

I would use Simple Green or Oil Eater and water, then see what the rust situation looks like.

It's a plastic molded gas tank it should have no rust unless it got put in when it was filled. Probably all algae. If the tractor sits a long time, it forms algae. Just get an algae cleaner.
