Oil & Fuel TC 40 hydraulic oil change

I changed hydraulic fluid and filter on my TC40 last Spring, and every since, at startup, the pump whines until warmed up. In temps lower than 40 it takes a warmup period before operating. I bought my hydraulic fluid at Rural King. I never had this problem before changing oil. Is there that much difference?

I have not changed out my hydraulic fluid for that very reason. Search Jinman's threads early on, and he talks about the issue.
