No name yet. Still working on it.

I didn't see your message in time, I had the rotary cutter hooked up tonight. I'll measure it for you tomorrow afternoon and let you know.

I installed my toothbar and hydraulic top cylinder tonight. They had been backordered and just got in today.

My garage doors are 8' feet. I have less than an inch of clearance with the ROPS up. I haven't gotten around to installing the garage door opener on the 3rd bay yet since I wasn't using it much, but I think that'll give me an extra inch or so. It is still sitting in the box. Right now I have to take it slow.

My garage bay is 24' deep. I have quite a bit of room in front, but I plan to get a full size air compressor and tool chest to go in that bay so I am trying to get in the habit of parking as far back as possible.

Bcoleman,

Thanks. My "tractor bay" has a 10' wide x 8' high door and I do plan for a garage door opener. They garage is 22' deep, and I am planning on a TC 29D so I will fit in pretty well then.

I agree the door opener will give you that extra inch or so , but I guess no nice canopy top unles you want to drop the rops to get in.

Good luck and the photo's were great nice series to show the delivery and unload, and of course the driving around.

Congrats on your new baby, I know you're proud. I too am expecting very soon, the only problem is the stork hasn'tmade his mind up yet as to which color it shall be but visions of blue are in the air. I don't know if you have dealt w/any kwik hitch attachments for your 3 point yet but jiffy hitch sure made my life easier 2 yrs back. I wouldn't take anything for it. I just think it would be the best "rattle" your baby ever had. Enjoy!

Thanks Jim. And thanks for the advice on the hydraulic top cylinder size. I told the dealer the sizes you recommended and they worked out perfectly. I spent yesterday and today using the tractor and was very pleased w/ how the TNT worked out.

Sorry to read about your HST troubles. I'll try to check and see how well mine is welded there. Good luck in getting it fixed.

Garry,
I finally got around to measuring the tractor's length for you. From the tip of the loader bucket, to the end of the tailwheel on the rotary cutter is a whopping 23' 10"!! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif That would be quite a trailer if you wanted the whole thing to fit.
Part of this is because I have SuperSteer, which makes the 17LA loader stick out a little farther than the 16LA.

Yeah, that's quite a load /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif. I figured it'd be around 20', but almost 24' - WOW!! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif How much do you think it would shorten the whole thing if the bucket was tipped forward so the leading edge was perpendicular to the floor? I was thinking that might be how you'd have to load it on a trailer. I was hoping I wouldn't need to go larger than a 20' trailer, and I will definitely be needing to haul it with the FEL and cutter on it.

Oh well, it's going to be awhile before I have to deal with the problem anyway. I'm just starting to pull everything together now. Thanks for checking for me! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif Much appreciated. And keep those great pictures coming!!/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
