And the control on the Joystick is proportional so a flow restrictor is not needed.

I am happy to say that the control has very good feel and control. When I'm nose in the burn pile, I get a little excited and hurry the thumb action.:ashamed:

I have a fairly cheap version, about $900 if I remember. single cylinder, root type that I used on my S185 before the cat. it works well for "farm " use. might not be great as a production tool but as was said before, "any grapple is better than no grapple". I use it for picking big rocks, logs, and brush. has never not done what I wanted. so it is defiantly all about what you are doing with it. my thought was not to spend to much on it as it is not an every day tool for me, but defiantly worth the purchase. you will not be disappointed with any of them.
