...He was super.
I need to call the owner of the dealership, along with the salesman tomorrow and let them know just what a great guy they have doing after hours deliveries. I appreciate good service...

Now, find out Bud's favorite eating place and get him and his wife a nice gift certificate... and Bud will really remember you... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Congratulations! Hope you like it as much as I like mine. They can do an amazing amount of stuff for their size.

What size is your bucket? It may be the perspective, but it looks a little bigger than mine in some of the pix. If it's bigger than 48" wide, let me know how you like it. Most of the time I like having the bucket the same width as the tractor, but sometimes it would be nice to have more capacity.

Now, you have some serious seat time to catch up to the 125 hours I put on mine in 2 months. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Don,
Thats the 54" bucket, cost was a $20 upgrade. Salesman warned that the top lip was not strong enough to have hooks welded on there. I have news for him....... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
There's a 2" square channel on that top lip. Hooks will be in the works soon.
Now today I need to get my pruning saw out. Run around the yard and trim anything below 80".

Jerry,

Nice looking machine! I'm jealous of the new loader & those BIG turf tires.

Keep those pics coming. Someday I'll get a digital camera & do my part to post "tractor ****"

Don, I've got the 54" bucket. Works great even on my lower lift capacity 7106 loader (600#).

Is there a connection between the CFO being at work while you're doing this? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

"What are you doing with that baby... farming with it...?"

(laughing) I wish. Clearing brush, moving brush piles, back-boxing 5 acres, tearing down fence, putting up fence, brush hogging, tearing up a section of asphalt driveway, moving dirt piles, and every once in a while, just riding out to the end of the property and back to savor and plan. To be fair, that's with 2 people operating it on 7-1/2 acres, as my son-in-law has discovered it's pretty handy on his 2-1/2 acres, also.

I don't want to hijack the excitement of the new TC18, so I've added a little something to the thread in Projects.

Mike,
With the day I knew was ahead of the CFO today, she gladly would have stayed home and help trim /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.
She had no option, had to go in.

Today I put 5 hours on the TC18.
Trimmed all the trees that would hit the ROPS except the fruit trees. I'll do those this fall/winter. Used the loader to transport all the cut limbs out back and piled into a heap for maybe a bonfire this fall. Cut the front lawn. Filled in a hole left by the White Pine I had to cut down last year. Knocked over a dead Peach tree.
There was so much I wanted to try to do but, ran out of time and had to have time to visit with #2 son who stopped by.
Geez........I love this tractor /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Jerry, the way you're working that brand new tractor it sounds like you needed it a long time ago! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We've received so much rain, 8 of the last 10 Saturdays /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif, my TC25D has been sitting in the garage since 5/20.

I did need it a long time ago /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Made do with the Yanmar, which is in the barn/shed. The TC18 is in the garage while the CFO's Explorer sits outside. That will change soon I suppose.
