As any self respecting sci-fi channel junkie can confirm, that is "Klingon" from the STAR TREK shows!

The original text is actually translated from Chinese and is from chapter 81 of Lao Tzu's writing in the Tao Te Ching. After the Bible, the Tao Te Ching is the 2nd most translated book and dates to roughly the 3rd century B.C. The writings form the basis for the Taoist philosophy of Chinese culture, and while I don't follow Taoism, I do like Chinese food and I do like the message of this passage.

Got it last night around 6pm, so not much time to do anything. I did run it for about a half hour, then I started running into fuel issues. I checked the fuel bowl to find about an inch of water in it. Cleaned it out, then realized I had to bleed the air out, after that it cranked right up. I guess I will be investing in a Mr. Funnel soon. Will post some pics today or tomorrow.

Was that from your fuel or the dealer's? That should have been all gone over during their prep! If it is their fault, be sure to let them know. Both from the point that they should know about water in their fuel and I'm willing to bet they will be (or should be) embarrassed that such an issue occurred immediately after delivery.

In any event, good job on the diagnosis. It does happen!

Pics are posted on the TBN Gallery, only ones so far are at night, been busy getting things done, so no time for daytime pics yet. I have finally worked my way past the bad fuel, but not without having to keep cleaning the fuel filter and bleeding the fuel system every 45 mins of run time. Otherwise, I am very happy with everything. More pics to come when I can get some of the work caught up.

Congrats on your new tractor! I've had mine for almost two years now and have had a few minimal problems. I've managed to do a few mods along the way; vertical exhaust, hyd. top and side links, and tweaked the injection pump for a little more power. If you need any advice or have any questions, this is the place! Feel free to send me a message if you need help.

BTW, I'm not sure how big of a guy you are, but watch the mounting of the seat in the front. Mine tore out and I almost fell off the tractor. The dealer had to reinforce the design under warranty.

Also someone mentioned having weight on the front while using a RFM. Although this is helpful during transporting the mower, I have found that when I have mowed with the loader on, going sideways across the slightest grade the finish mower would pull me clear around. The first couple of times scared the **** out of me. When the RFM is down, there is no weight on the rear tires and the unsuspended weight of the mower WILL "crab" the tractor sideways very easy. Now I always mow with the loader off and no weight on front and I also run only 12 psi in the rears, I can generally keep it in a straight line now going across some of my hills.

Thanks Joe,
I will probably hit you up in the near future for the injector changes. I am assuming the upgrades for the TC21>TC23 and TC24>TC26 were probably not much more. I will have to keep a watch on my seat mount, I am 6'1" and 225 so I will stress it as much as anyone. And I may try the mower without the loader soon, my property is probably about as flat as they come.

Not to be overtly political but those phrases have a hint of communistic overtone. But then what do I know I do know I too like Chinese food.
