TC24D specs

Saw 2 TC24D's on the lot tonight. Dealership closed for the night, but still got some "seat time".

Ok. Now you got my curiosity peaked. What did you think about the overal size and layout. What dealer and where are you located. I would like to see one in person. Since NH hasn't posted info on their site yet.

Although the specs show it to be very much like the TC18/21, it did feel to me to be bigger than I thought. I did like it, though. Easy to step into, good seating and "feel".

I am in Southern Illinois, was surprised to see two of them there after following this message.

I was leaning towards the TC25D but since they dropped it for the TC24D I am looking to see one up close compared to a TC29D. I want the larger loader, power and frame size, but the wallet must dictate what I ultimately get. Unfortunately me for it won't be until Sept/Oct before I will be moving at all. Definitely not until I have a move in date for the house which is Oct/Nov.

Good to hear it looked bigger and felt bigger, but the question is how it stacks up.

I am surprised also my district manager told me thursday they had not started shipping yet or been given price yet.

You need a shorter tag line, how about LBBT. Have you made it back to the dealer who had the TC24D and found any pricing out? Just curious.

As a matter of fact.....
Been a busy week. Sold my 18 year old Kubota, so started looking in earnest. Just got back from the dealer (sells both NH & Kubota) and got prices. Now the hard part.

Kubota B2410 & FEL 14,300
NH TC-24D & FEL 15,100
Kubota B2710 & FEL 15,400

The TC-24D is the best looking of the lot. Love the sloped hood & new sloped FEL (just seen in picture, will be a week before the dealer has the loader). Liked the hydro pedal on the NH better than the Kubota.

Kubota (2710) had more room and flatter platfom, the 2410 about the same as the NH.

I can't give you a breakdown of the price on the NH because it still isn't loaded in dealer computer. He had to get everything from the book.

I can't help but think that I got 18 years without any repairs to my old Kubota, so it is hard to change. Also, can get a slightly larger and 3 more HP for only $300. (actually, don't even need the 24 HP, but it isn't about need now, is it?)

All in all, looks like no sleep for me, I'll just lay there and count blue and orange CUT's.
