TC27 hydro with turf tyres

Anyone know what this costs in the US to buy new? - I am in the UK so we have to pay 17.5% sales tax, but the basic tractor should be a similar tag.

I guess if anyone knows it I'd like to know the standard "list" price and the price that you would expect to have to pay ie some percent less (how many?)

Also what do you think of this as a general purpose machine for seven acres, fairly level, mostly grass cutting?

NH doesn't sell the TC27 in the US. The closest would be the TC29D. Try a search here for prices people have paid.

Here is a link that has list pricing. Minnesota DOT contracts page Typically get 10-20% off list for a "good" - "great" deal.

27hp for mowing flat land? Seems a bit larger than you need. I am all for having a big tractor if you need it (and I have a 30hp) but for mowing you might like the smaller tractor frame because of the extra manuverability. I think the difference in deck size between a 24 and a 27 hp unit may be minimial, in either case a 5' deck is probably optimal, you might go to a 6' deck with the 27hp but don't try to knock down too much really tall or wet stuff.
