I went through a number of problems with my new TC29D in 2000. The dealer made several trips to my house to repair things, some were poor prep in the first place and others were poor engineering/parts or what have you. I liked the ergonomics of the machine but in 2001 at eighteen months old and 170 hours the cooling sysem started going haywire. I fixed that myself and traded it on a Kubota since the steering shock was bad as well and the dealer was going to charge me to haul it again to fix that, enough was enough. I'm not saying they don't all have their problems, my Kubota fuel gauge is reading inaccurately but the dealer is going to repair it at no charge when I am done with it this fall, and that really is the only thing this tractor has had go wrong.
