When u say it won't turn over does that mean it won't fire up ,start or it just doesn't crank starter not turning. My past experences with the same tractor is if it cranks starter turning and it doesn't fire up it's fuel or air problem . When was the last time u checked filters ? Water in bowl ? Mice nest blocking air filter intake? Just a few common problems . Any body around there that works on tractors not a dealer? By me there are lots of tractor shops with great diesel mechanics that could work on any tractor that vintage .Beauty of that machine is there is no pollution , no computers, nothing differn't from every other tractor that age. Little manitence here and there that tractor will last u 5'000 hrs.:cool2::drink:
