Ford and New Holland are no longer a joined company. New Holland is now Case-New Holland and is a division of Fiat of Italy. The engines in the smaller CNH tractors are Japanese, made by Shibura (sp?).

CNH is actually a Dutch company, whose majority shareholder is Fiat. It is listed on the New York Stock Exchange as CNH.
