TC30 Mystery Connector

2008 TC30: Anyone know to what/where this connector goes?

(see blue arrow) I found it hanging loose on the right side of the engine compartment, close to the firewall, and below the safety controller.

Here's a pic of same area of my 2007 TC30 - no mystery plug. Is your tractor hydrostatic transmission? Mine is manual.

Found your missing part, #1

I believe now you are correct. I was confused, because I had the safety controller dismounted from the firewall, in a attempt to unplug/reseat the connector, thinking the safety controller is causing the no-start condition. In that effort, I had to dismount that black shrouded connector, which controls the flasher device, to get to the safety controller mounting screws.

Glo-plugs and fuel solenoid now work, but still it won't crank. But, the start and starter solenoid are known good because I can crank it by jumpering the starter/solenoid, but still no start, even when having all four safety switches jumpered as well.
