Look for a rogue screw or other item short-circuiting the bus bar that runs between the glowplugs. Reattach the alleged glow plug feed at the ignition switch, then disconnect the power feed at the bus bar to prove the problem and the circuit. Last thought is a glowplug with a dead short. Plugs draw under 10 amps per. Current for EVERYTHING except the primary starter draw passes through a 30 amp fusible link, if that TC30 has the fusible link at the starter lug.
