TC30 VERSUS TC33- HELP PLEASE

How can I know which tractor is better suited to my needs? The 30 is cheaper but looks like a lightweight compared to the 33 in size. I will use the tractor to pull a 5' finish mower, a 5' bushhog, and a 61/2' disc. Is the 30 big enough to handle these without lifting the front wheels? Which tractor do I need?

There is only 3 HP difference in these tractors. The main differences are on the "Extras" that come on the tractor. The TC33 is a "deluxe" version, having the little extras. The TC30 is a "economy" version. It is a little "generic" in style but still can do all the same things, just 3 less HP. It has a hydro transmission available on it too. You should be able to use any of the implements you listed without any problem. I have a John Deere 4410 and I can pull my disc in 2WD with no problems. However depending on the weight of the disc you should probably add some front weights to which ever tractor you get just to keep it stable.

Check out the pictures of my TC30 dragging a 6 1/2 foot disc. I have had no problem using it with a 5 foot bushhog or the disk. I am not sure what would happen without the FEL.

My TC29D handles all of the attachments you mentioned, actually a 6' finish mower, with ease and only 65 lbs (2 small weights) on the front end. The TC33 is not any heavier weight wise than the TC29D. If you meant "heavier" strength wise, I don't know how the TC29/33 compares to the TC30, but I'm willing to bet there's not much difference. If you feel like you need the extra HP, then that would be a good reason to get the TC33. If you like the extra features, such as the deluxe 3pt, swivel seat, etc, then that would be a good reason to get the TC33. But, for functionality and the ability to handle the attachments you mentioned, the TC30 can do it and save you some money.
