The two spool front remote control valve is fender mounted on the right fender. I strongly encourage you to read your Owner's Manual. I have been operating tractors for 25 years and I can tell you that my Owner's Manuals for my tractors and attachments are quite "dog eared" now. I still pull them out on a regular basis and will at times learn something new on the re-re-re-re-read . Jay
I should get the tractor on Saturday so I haven't seen the manual yet. I was curious since I haven't seen a TC31 with a loader yet. Thanks for your help
The stock loader and controls are pretty nice. The loader has a quick dump and float position, is pretty easy to do a lot of work with. Mine is the 14 series on my DX29, which is the same machine as your blue 31 with a bit less power. How many hours are on it? What kind of tires? Which tranny?
New but it has been on the dealer lot since last july. The dealer is really trying to get rid of them. I got the HST with loaded R4 tires. I am getting it Friday afternoon and it will be put to work immediatly.
BTW welcome to TBN and the Blue Forum ! The "31" is a tweaked "29". IMHO the 29/31's are pretty solid tractors. I have not had the battery, fuse, switch, and/or gauge challenges that others have reported in older models. If you have a lot of apple trees and plan to work around them a nice thing about the DA series is that they have "break away" hazard lights mounted on the ROPS (you do not have to ask how I know this ). Use your new tractor safely and well and post pictures. We like pictures. Jay
