No. There are very few Cat 1, 3PH that have down force.

With your tractor bobtail, grab the 3ph bars and lift them up. There's your answer.

I used to have an old Belarus tractor that had downforce on the 3PH. That is the only brand I know of that does.

Some ag tractors do.. and some of the older tractors that had 3pt hitch conversion kits added to them. I saw a nice 49 H farmall with a decent heavy 3pt aftermarket hitch.. used DA cyls.. and had good groundpressure.

I know of no tractors produced in or for North America other than Belarus with downpressure on an OEM three point hitch.
