Has anyone found a reasonable supplier for front snow blades for the TC33D without a loader?

Atached is a photo of the rig I put together for $1830, which includes a new Western Plow, Hyd. lever, rams and 20 feet of angle. Of course I spent between 80 - 100 hours of fun and getting yelled at my understanding wife.

Marty,

That is one nice looking job! Looks great on the front of there. A person might even be able to save some money by buying a used blade, I see them from time to time here in Michigan. How much weight is that on the front? Maybe a blade with the plexiglass plow would be a lighter option for the Mighty TC18! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

What width is that blade?

Great Job! JimBinMI

Jim,
The bracket, with brush guard, mounted on the frame of the tractor is just over 90 pounds. Just the blade and the brackets weigh about 280 pounds plus some effective weight. I was able to bring my blade 9" closer than I have seen in other blades. I have fluid in the rear of my tires and I was grading my driveway and not slipping without front assist. The true test will be this winter and I have seen in brouchures that some show weights added to the rear. Now I need to get my fabricated pieces painted some time.
