Anyone have any pictures of the new hose set-up? i have a TC33d and still have the old elbow's. i replaced them once but never blew any. i did the wire tie thing with lots of black wire ties the whole length (6") but i would like the new set-up. they make people buy these? Not a warranty or bulletin or recall?

There is a kit for this. It has been put on my DX33. It actually reroutes the metal lines and the curve is in the metal not the rubber the elbow is completely eliminated. Also when they did the replacement they also installed a new cooler. Get your dealer involved. My dealer has been great. Twin Valleys out in West Alex, Ohio.

I will post a picture when I get a chance and my was paid for under warranty. But I am sure if push comes to shove a person should be able to get this covered. This is the most common problem I have read about on these tractors and the only real one I have had and case new holland is very aware of it.

( but I think the front area of ours is just smaller )

Could be a 'proportion' issue. I know, from the front grill of my tractor to the hyd cooler core is at least 10".. if not a full foot. This is to accomodate the air cleaner at the top of the hood, which, by the way, doesn't impede air tot he rad core, or cooler core.

( I talked to my local hydraulics guy, and he suggested not using the two wire hydraulic hose as in his opinion a standard hose clamp would not provide enough clamping force )

I agree.. a standard hose clamp won't.. but there are special clamps that will work on 2 and 4 wire hose... in any case.. I'm pretty sure my hose ends have cimped on fittings...( like you would normally see on a hyd hose.. ) I don't feel like running out to the barn at this hour.. but that is what i recall anyway..

( Any idea what the 7610 runs for pressure in that system )

Couldn't tell ya. I know I can get 2500 on the dot from my newly repaired remote packs ( 700$) before the relief pops..

I havn't looked at the plumbing of the full system, or where the cooler is, however mine doesn't have the left front engine mounted aux pump.. everything including independent pto and pow steering is run off the main pump.. not sure if cooler is in low or high pressure side. I -DO- know that the 1-gallon paint can size filter for the hyds costs a good deal of money... Nothing like paying almost 40$ for the filter and then replacing 48 qts of oil /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif NH tech also told me that some models have 1 or 2 additional cannister style filters along with the big horzontal mount filter I replaced. Those additional fitlers are 14$ a pop...

Those make for some expensive oil changes...
