TC33D hydraulic cooler hose failure

The search must not be working well, as there is a good bit of info on this site about this problem and even some good photos. The photos may have been on the CASE-IH section. The kit basically replaces the 90° elbows with straight rubber sleeves and new, re-routed steel pipes that allow the straight straight sleeves to fit.

There is a problem with the hoses, true enough. Your dealer should make the changes that mikePA has suggested. In addition I would take a look at the pressures and the bypass valve as well.
