Ok heres what happened my Dad had a busted hose on the steering ram on the tractor and it leaked all the hydraulic oil out. We replaced the hose and didn't know not to fill the system with power steering fluid. So now we're going to drain the filter tank and replace the filter but was wondering how to flush the power steering fluid out of the system. Thanks for the help guys. For your reward I will upload some photo's of His new McCormick CT55U Cab tractor its an awesome machine.:thumbsup:LOL jk was going to upload the photo's anyways. Again thanks again for the help in advance.

Nice McCormick! I'm amazed at how closely the L116 loader looks like the New Holland loaders.

On your TC33D PS fluid. The reservoir is also a filter. I'd drain the PS fluid and open the lines at the PS hydraulic cylinder to get as much fluid out as possible. Then, I'd bite the bullet and replace the whole filter section of the reservoir since the filter is contaminated with fluid and likely to never get all the PS fluid out. Refill with NH Multi-G 134 and run that another 50 hours. Drain after 50 hours and refill with 134. I think you'll be good to go.

Thanks jinman. I was thinking of draining the tank, undoing a hose on the steering ram jacking the front end up and working the ram back and forth to purge the system along with replacing the reservoir filter.
