TC35D seat

I put a new seat on my tractor today. I like the seat but I'm realizing that I can't adjust the seat.there is no knob on the front to adjust for weight and the one for sliding the seat forward and back doesn't do anything. The seat doesn't move. Are there pieces missing or am I missing something?

Should that white handle on the side of the seat be further upright. Perhaps it should have been lifted before fitting the seat.

That could be. I'll have to loosen it up and check it out.

It looks like the plastic knob to turn for weight is missing off of the metal screw with the roll pin through it (front center).

Where would I get one of those?
