TC35DA auxiliary step

Been off the forums for a while but need some help again. I have recently had some serious health issues one of which left me with bad weakness in both legs. As a result I can't get up on my TC35DA tractor without using a small step ladder. Has anyone bought or made auxiliary steps for this model? I'm really afraid that if the ladder falls down or for some reason I need to get off the tractor when I can't get to the ladder I'll be stuck until someone comes to help me.

You need to, or have fabricated a folding step like and attic hidden stair step which folds back onto it's self. you could use a grab hook to pull it in, and latch.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I decided to do. Apparently New Holland does not offer that as an accessory for this model. Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.

I put this step in - just a flat stock bar folded in a vice using a 3lb hammer after I heated it with a torch. I made a little brace so that it would not rock away from me when I climbed in. My arthritis in my hip makes it necessary so I can climb up.

I use a cane and have two circles of rope around my rops that I slip the cane through so that I always have it. The handle on it can double as a hook.
