jinman said:For a 6' cutter, the 40DA will be fine. If you were buying a gear tractor instead of HST, then you would get more benefit from the TC45, but with an HST, you'll never know the difference. Now, the N844L engine in the TC45 is a very strong engine that is used in other NH applications and even turbocharged in some of those. It's a strong engine. However, the N844 engine in the TC40 is basically the same engine with a shorter stroke, so it is also a very good engine. You will be happy with either.
