Tc55da 3pt lift issue

I am currently working on getting a tc55da repaired and operating correctly. The tractor has an 18LA loader. The issue I've come up with now is that the 3pt lift will not raise. All other hydraulics work on the tractor including secondary remotes. I've pulled the speed control valve completely out and there is no oil flowing there. I'm at a loss of why a single part of the system just isn't working. Could someone give me some advice?

Oil isn't supposed to flow there. The valve only provides a metering restriction to control the down rate of lowering. You have rockshaft issues.

More details about the problem might help. Did it work right at one time? Has anything been changed or worked on since it did work? Has the tractor been parked for some time unused?

It has sat up for a couple years. I'm looking into buying it but the owner believed the lift worked prior to being parked. I dont have a lot of information on it.

Then it's probably just got something stuck in0 a control valve somewhere. Nothing broken anywhere. Probably an easy fix for someone familiar with the system.

It has 1600 hours but the asking price is pretty low because the loader was abused by the owner prior to them. They bought it to repair but never got around to it.
