I've had one now for going on 5 years. (See my avatar) Love it. I didn't have to use their framework because I was replacing one That was broken. They reduced the price considerably for not including the steel.

Update

Well second time around canopy shows up , this time not damaged. But wait there's more!
I go to install unit and width is wrong for my applicationThey forgot the width of there brackets when building the frame work of the canopy. I will be able to make it work, but this has turned into a real adventure.
