Still sometimes when I talk overseas to Austria it is like being in the same room and other times not...

It is amazing just how good it can be when it is good.

I had a boss that would call from the car to the Hospital Cell... for the life of me I rarely could understand what was being said so I would call back on a landline with the volume up and hope for the best.

The hospital phone is a little Nokia and not set up for data/text.

The worst thing about VOIP is that for whatever reason, the drop outs are always on the key words. Most irritating.

I don't even know what happens when you dial zero anymore. You used to be able to call the operator for anything. The time, emergency calls and information. They were never anything but POLITE and helpful! At no extra charge!
