Remember the AMP Tools or some people called them Butterfly tools? I still carry one on my truck but haven't used it in years. Back in the day running a 25 pr cable to each multi line telephone. And God forbid you had 20 or 30 button sets then you were running 50 and 75 pr. But yes, you will never forget the color code.

I wore out the combs on an amp tool. Back in the day of 1A2 phone systems. we used to put on millions of those things.

Not just phones, look at TV. Went from a very small black and white tv in the early 60's that was probably deeper than wide to a 70 inch flat screen smart tv that probably watches me more than I watch it and keeps the NSA informed when I scratch my nuts?
