The temps are up and I can start digging my pond again. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
This is my project for life. New road planting trees and making the pond bigger yearly. Thought you all would like to see the start. I dug the main hole with a large excavator. Now I'm box grading Teeth down /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gifand tearing it up. I will post pix as the project moves on. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Just kidding, actually I'm jealous!! To dig a pond here you have to get a permit with drawings, measurements and pay a thousand dollar deposit of all things! If you want a pond over 2 acres then you have to get a mining permit /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Sometimes I wish I was in the hills instead of flat land, then I could hide the dig.

Keep the pics coming, at least I can dream.

Thanks I hope to finish around 2 acres. The stock with trout. Hope someday to have grandchildren. All the kids have now are dogs.
