I am looking for a decent and affordable complete D361 engine for a Farmall 806 tractor. The current block is junk and would be cost prohibitive to have fixed. Can you guys please help find me a good engine in Texas?
Would prefer to buy from an individual rather than a company. I've already tried searching several parts places and have come up empty.
Prefer to not have the engine shipped. Looking in Ellis, Dallasm,Hill, and Bosque County.
Want the later style block with the casting #'s ending in C1, C2, C3 etc. Not sure if there are any ending in C4. These have only one oil tube which is for both the dipstick and oil fill purposes. The earlier blocks have a seperate tube for the dipstick and another for just the oil fill, which I don't want.
