TAMAULIPAS FRONTERA - It's the 'frontier' or border strip of the state of Tamaulipas, Mx. border with Texas, U.S. That area was a designated trade zone and past the checkpoint is where Mexico really begin starting enforcing some trade laws requiring duty to be paid on some goods transported south of the check points.
You may have seen some Mexican license plates on cars that said 'Front Tamps' which designate vehicles registered in 'TAMAULIPAS FRONTERA'.
Cornbread = RED beans and rice.:drool: Chili = crackers.........lots of them crumpled up.:licking:
