Yep, Dennis, I've been watching the news and weather. My wife and I have an appointment with a new "primary care" doctor Monday. Looks like the weather may not cooperate. I just got back from Walmart since I figured I'd better stock up on some milk and eggs for me, and bananas for my wife.LOL

Local weather people have it bad here trying to predict if it "wintery precipitation" will stay north of the Metromess or impact commutes and shutdown half the city! Gotta laugh, except so many can't drive in good weather then the "no common sense" clowns come out in force when the roads get slick, especially on the High-5 (Multilane/direction overpass/interchange system). I just stay home and watch the pileups. I have driven on snow and ice with out hardly any issues but will not risk being on the road with these drivers around here.
Bring it on. I wanna saw some logs in the snow. Before I retired, I maxed out my uniform allowance on insulated coveralls!!! Extra large so I can layer underneath the coveralls!!!

My Ash trees started leafing last week and grass is starting to pop up. I hope the "winter mix" they're calling for here this weekend doesn't kill everything off. Weatherman says we could stay below freezing for over 24 hours come Friday.
I gotta go rummage through the shed and see if I can find an old coat or something.
Added:
Weatherman just gave history of temps below freezing for 24 hours or more. I guess it was in 2017 but I sure don't remember it. Perhaps that was up in the big city. It's further North.
