Well, it's a little more expensive and wears off too fast, as compared to pharmaceuticals.

Should I pick my green tomatoes or cover them? Guessing it would take another week minimum to ripen on the vine.

I've never covered anything in garden but only have a spring garden. Older gentleman across the road from me covers his with feed sacks in the spring when in danger of frost.

Wife and I bought the planket at Walmart last year and covered our gardenias. It worked pretty good.

Front blew thru here, this morning. The wind is wicked! Hope the temps don't drop too rapidly, 'cause I am working outdoors today. I'd rather be skinny dipping during the summer, than playing in the cold!

And I too vote for fried green tomatoes! That is what I am planning to do with mine! Guess I'll be pulling plants up, in the garden, next weekend. :grumpy:
