Brandi for some reason I remember that Christmas snow.. Lou
View attachment 349002....That was Christmas day 2004 ....the "official" snow measurement at Angleton was provided to the NWS in Dickinson by one of their employees that lived in Angleton ....(me). I think I remember it was about 6 inches.
bindian- Great pictures. I love old family pictures. I have three generations of Pics that I enjoy going thru when I get the time.
I had just got my tractor in Nov 2010, then in Feb 2011 we had about 8" of snow, which is a lot for around here. I had a great time clearing the drive though I thought I was going to freeze my **** off (no cab). It was a lot of fun but I wouldn't want to have to do it on a regular basis.
Hope all stay warm and snug inside till this stuff moves out.

bindian..sorry to bust in on the Texas thread but those are spectacular photos of your parents and especially your father. Looks like a real no-nonsense kind of guy.

Lee, Bastrop and 1 other county are under winter storm watch until tomorrow morning. I'm actually hoping it will snow. Hope the power hangs in there.
