Sorry sweep as I sent mine back so I could not advise you anymore than what happened to me. Nothing wrong with yours other than a man. flaw. If you do not mind the wobble it should last for years before out of round axle probs. might occur. I did not wish to spend 30 grand for a Boomer when I found a TN-60 for 23 grand from Tarheel tractor. It will never show up with a dealer test as they know all about it!!!!

Nice machine! I made the same comparison this year and bought the 3040. I've got 63 hours on mine and I've enjoyed working it. There's certainly no lack of power on that tractor.

Nice tractor, not even broke in,lucky dude!

elfmidi,
Thanks! I ran mine down our country road and didn't feel any wobble. Eagle107 will definitely enjoy his new machine with the power. I am blown away by the power of the 40HP naturally aspirated engine. I can't even imagine that machine with a turbo unit.

Hey Guys,

I tried the new tractor on the road also and felt no wobble; however, I do have turf tires so I am not sure if that makes a difference.

It really interesting to see how much more power/torque a 4 cylinder has over a 3 cylinder. This is a very powerful engine, plus it is good on fuel. My uncle and I were cutting grass for the same amount of time and he seemed to burn through 11 gallons of fuel while I only burned 7 gallons. He stated his John Deere 3520 likes to eat fuel. I would have though the Yanmar 3 cylinder w/a turbo would have been better on fuel. All he is using a ford 917A 8 flail mower.
