Thanks for helping the lurkers I'm buying a Yuchai 306 and a Jinma 454

Thanks everyone on here and ctoa for all the great posts. I ordered a Jinma 454 w/FEL and a Jinma LW-8 Frame-mount backhoe, a Rankin J20/80 Post hole digger, a Yuchai 306 Dozer with shuttle shift and a 12k winch. I ordered from Eric at Keno Tractors and they seem to be a stand up operation. They upgrade the backoe to have seven bolt through points vs. the standard 2 that are threaded into the frame (and can be pulled out if loose or under force) and are upgrading the Front end Loader valve control to an american one for smoother operation (as recommeneded by Keno.) Let me know if you want any pics of anything, I should have the tractor next week with the Post hole digger and will get the Dozer, Winch and Backhoe (for the tractor, not the dozer) in a bit as it's coming from China.

I'm planning to do complete landscaping changes on 5 acres, dig out a basement, build a custom home, install retaining walls, landscape cleanup, stump removal, etc.. over the next few years. But I'm weekend warrioring it like many on here.

The 12k winch will be mounted on the dozer? Going to upgrade the alternator too? The OEM only puts out 14 amps.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the JM454 alternator is rated closer to 30A (350W@14v). And I believe the EPA version of the TY395I/E may use the same alternator. But that size winch would still benefit from an alternator upgrade.

A full 12k load will probably pull in the neighborhood of 440 amps (DC). Lighter loads, fewer amps of course. Whereas a winch pulls amperage from the battery (as opposed to the alternator), a higher output alternator will do a better job of keeping the battery topped up.

Yes I've requested that the winch be mounted but removable on the Dozer that way I can take it off and remount it on a truck or trailer. I'll have to take a look at that OEM alternator, that does seem like it could be an issue if it's only 14 amps or the 30 amps Greg mentioned , and I can run the battery out under short operation. Thanks for the suggestion.

Also I forgot to be real specific in my original post, the Yuchai 306 Dozer should be the extended track option with the capability to put on a Front End Loader, I asked for that option due to the longer tracks, I am not adding a FEL right away on the Dozer cause I'll have one on the tractor and I'm already spending a healthy amount of $$

Alright I'll put up a whole bunch of pics when I get it.

Here's first pic with the Danuser post hole digger on (no bit though) and the youngest driver ever, my daughter, she's 4.5 years old. She makes Train sounds when she sits on it. As another guy disclaimed: "Don't let kids drive tractors, or let them sit on the tractor when being operated" My daughter runs far away though if she hears any machine running so it's been a non-issue for us

Here is the upgraded American made FEL valve. This is a recommendation from Eric at Keno Tractors, and I did try it with the Chinese valve and now with this, it is smoother with better response than the chinese and Keno used 45degree angle hyd. connectors instead of 90degree as was on the Chinese.

First job mow the blackberries and brush on the "steep" 2 acres. So steep actually that many parts I can't make it up even in 4wd, but I loop around and go up a part I can and go down the hill to mow (no side hilling, it's scary enough going straight down.)
