I had never seen chili jelly/jam before my mother in law gave us some for Christmas years ago. I thought what an odd thing to turn into a jelly/jam and I am not sure I have ever tried it. She has given us some off and on for years. My dad eats it.
My mother in law is not making the chili jam/jelly bought buying it a store that sells locally made products. We traveled to a store/company in the middle of no where that makes fruit cakes last Christmas. We have been trying to go there for years but something always stops us from going.

They make some danged good fruit cakes, candies, and other holiday treats. I noticed they had chili jam/jelly and apple butter. I bought some apple butter but let the chili jam/jelly on the shelf.
The chili jam/jelly is likely pretty good but not something I would want for breakfast and can't really figure out what I would use it with at other times. Putting on a cracker with cream cheese sounds ok as like as it is not a Ritz cracker. I really do not like them things. Never have. I guess if you just use a Ritz cracker as a spoon to carry something that tastes good a Ritz might be worth eating.
