The best for the money?

What I have found out is that you get what you pay for.. Typically the higher priced stuff is heavier weight, heavier made (quality), and has better paint.. They may also include stuff that is optional on the lower priced stuff..

Just this week I was looking at the Country Line rear blades at TSC (they have a new design for the top bracket that looks much sturdier than the old models) - i think they are like $300... Then I looked at a Leinbach (my neighbor has a landscape rake that is very nice) rear blade for $600ish.. BUT the Leinback was at least 120lbs heavier (270 vs 393 lbs)- which is nice for a rear blade..

Did they change the 45% round rod that is welded in the center top of the bracket.??

I have no problems what so ever with my blade but that one peice "looks" like a weak link. So far, so good with mine. 6 Footer.

My .02 would be for a box scraper. You can push or pull material as well as "rip" with the teeth. You can go from rough excavation to final grade with this one tool! All it takes is practice! The box scraper makes a good ballast as well!

I have a Land Pride model and couldn't be happier with the quality and versatility!

At least at the TSC near me has a new model, and yes they changed the piece that 'looks' very weak..

it now has a center post (where the top link attaches) and triangle bracing going down behind it to the main beam.. Its very similar to the KK 'professional' grade blades

I like the new design, but I would prefer the heavier weight of the Leinback (but not the extra price)

My most often used attachment is the 3PH reciever hitch.

But we tow/haul a lot of firewood on the trailers, and these make it easier hooking and unhooking trailers.

Didn't cost me anything. I made it out of an old truck hitch, but I think they can be bought for 100-150.

My implements are mostly king kutter stuff from TSC. With sales and coupons, they are hard to beat, price to performance.

I'd say the RFM I bought from Ken Sweet, a regular here, is likely my favorite, Price to Quality implement. Marketed under many "brand names", this Italian mower is mighty fine!! $900 for a 4' model.

Any make/model that's "Used" but doesn't look like it was abused... and even than, if the price is right!

I bought a used (not abused) double-bottom 12" plow last year for about $250. Great buy. I was worried that my 28hp Kioti would pull it, but it does great. Great investment.

The box blade is an ingenious piece of equipment. For a long time it was the only attachment I had besides the FEL. I got my Kioti dealer to throw it in (used MF box blade) when I bought my tractor 2 years ago.

Kioti CK27 Tractor = $13k
6' box blade = PRICELESS
