Don't worry about the property value.
I have a bunch of that size pine trees, live oak and valley oak trees in my property and still need to trim them.
It was a hard decision to cut the tree but I had to move on.

Despite the naysayers here, it's your land and your tree to do what you want with it. Glad that you got it down safely.

I understand what members are feeling here.
Again, I really wanted to save the giant old tree.

It is not clear from looking at the tree annual ring but it could be more than 60 -70 years old because I moved here 34 years ago and the tree was really big at the time.

from the looks of the heartwood, the tree was in decline. so prob a good idea to remove anyway. cheers
