I tend to agree. You might as well use AI to write new music; it's just as wrong
Some guys wanting to go do some live dates and play the songs they wrote is the same as using AI to write new music? How so?

I'm not sure how I feel about this new idea of them leaning on guest musicians to play some of the ancilliary parts for which they've classically used sequencers and other electronics triggered by the band themselves. But the organization and structuring around all of that production is what always prevented them from easily changing up the set and being more spontaneous, so there's a trade-off.

When I was a kid I really liked their music and my aunt asked what she could get me for Christmas.
She got me (I think) days of future past.
And then again the next Christmas.
And then again the next Christmas.
Until finally my cousin (her daughter) told her the one album doesn't change every year :)

Guess I'm dating myself but some of the first groups I remember was Steppenwolf, Iron Butterfly, 3 Dog Night, John Denver, Mama's and the Poppa's,Caroe Simon and more just can't remember.

Movies were Easy Rider and The Graduate.

My Ma said as a wittle kid I would start to do the twist whenever Chubby Checker came on the radio.
She had no idea where I had seen it.
Movies were The Apartment (I was a bit young for that) and Thunder Road.

My Mom had heard of "The Graduate"...but couldn't get my Dad to take her to see it. So it was little 11 year old me and her.

I don't think we lasted 30 minutes! She couldn't get me out of that theater fast enough!!!

About that age my parents took me to see "Tom Jones", 1963 movie...that and about the time James Bond 007 movies first started coming out which I saw with friends.
I saw the entire Tom Jones although my Mother seemed "uneasy".

First theater film I remember going to see is the Sound of Music in 1965.

We were not a movie going family… funny the things kids remember…
