I suppose I have a little left over hostility from some Deere guys from years and years ago who seemingly made anyone who didn’t pray at the alter of greene feel like they were partially subhuman….

So I will admit to some bias!

So it was your "speculation" that all Deere people were the same? Shame on you. I am friends with three big farmers and an excavator business that run Deere and are great people. They have several million dollars worth of equipment and I have never heard them talk about brands.

PS. I also have never heard from them any problems of getting the equipment repaired.

You seem to think that us college educated people don’t live in the real world. There are many of us here on this forum. I believe that the world I live in is very real.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to the college educated EPA employees specifically, rather than college educated folks in general. I too fall into the educated crowd and live in the real world.

I would bet the the college educated science and technology people aren’t the people who come up with dumb ideas at EPA. It’s the political appointed directors and other managers who supervise them.
