This was the gator guarding the nursery last year. I did not see any large ones Saturday when I took the long hike back there......

These are pictures of wild alligators. The nursery was formed when the cow brought her hatchlings to the water. She is watching over them.
I did not mean to infer that anyone was raising alligators.
