EXCELLENT list!

Some of them are on my list but not all of them. Some of them I have never
heard of before. I really liked the one about having the brick far enough off
the foundation to let the kids crash into the house without damage! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Rob,

I never would have thought to use concrete pipe. Great idea. The
stairs are on an exterior wall so it would be easy to run the pipe and
it would be a short run as well. Now that I think about it, we might
not even need a pipe but pour/build our own door. Trick is to have
it hidden.....
