I've been plowing and grading lately. Every time I turn around, more rocks have risen to the surface. I've got my 10 year old son doing rock patrol. That is, I cruise along slowly on the tractor admiring my handiwork, while he chucks rocks into the dirt scoop. We can talk and my field keeps looking better all the time.
