Over 300 hrs this summer on new tractor, FEL is hands down, I use it for more things than I envisioned. Have developed some ideas for winter projects and spring buys that will expand some more.

FEL and grapple, by a long shot. Actually, I get a lot of use out of my rotary cutter and box blade, but I'd never want to be without my FEL and grapple.

Spring Rototiller and PHD
Summer Brush hog and Hay equipment
Fall Chain harrow and wagon to haul fire wood
Most hours has to be the Hay equipment.

Hour wise I'd guess my hay rake gets the most hours if I don't count the loader. I hope to get a bigger one to cut my passes in half. Then its even between all the hay equipment.

Outside of hay season, the snowblower gets about 50-60 hours a year and it on the tractor for 4 months straight.

Most used:1st FEL - 2nd utility trailer - 3rd rotary mower.

1st would be Front End Loader, 2nd and 3rd is pretty much a tie between Box Blade and Rotary Cutter,I also use my excavator quite a bit. For years when I did concrete work the box blade was my most used but now I retired from that and just do equipment work for different people.
