When not in use for maintenance, I use it for storage to free up floor space:

I added two more instead of putting up another storage barn. They saved quite a bit of $$ in the long run.

Thanks. It is portable. make sure the floor is swept. It feels very stable. I have to admit though, even with the mechanical lock, I put 4x4s under each scissor just because I feel better that way. Old habits.

I get what you're saying, but I've been both, and neither are great options. In general dating sucks, and I've never been very good at meeting women.
Met my current (2nd) wife thru one of those on-line dating services about 20 years ago and couldn't be happier.

Wouldn't necessarily say I wish I'd gotten any of these sooner, but I use all of these a lot more than I thought I would...
QA Pallet forks for my tractor. Don't think I've used 'em to move any pallets yet, but handy for lots of other things.

Impact wrench. Not getting any younger, and it's a lot quicker to use this on lugnuts. Just got a cheapie 110V one at HF but it does the job.

Battery pole and chainsaw. Again, just got HF ones, but sure beat gas ones for those small jobs.

And finally, this:

All I really needed was a couple new batteries, but HD has a deal around Father's day where you buy a select tool, and get a 2-pack of batteries for free (or vice versa). I got there last day of the sale and everything was pretty much picked over but grabbed this. Man, is it ever BRIGHT! And, unlike so many other worklights, can generally be positioned to put light on the work, not the ceiling, in your eyes or just someplace random. Battery life is good too.

I spent awhile modding a few of my implements when I got my quick hitch. The worst was the top link position on the Herd M12 spreader, which required refiguring the linkage to open/close the chute, and also buying a longer driveshaft. The aerator lower link spacing was also non-comparable, although I think everything else (including even very old Woods equipment) was as simple as installing the cat.2 lower link bushings that most of the quick hitches seem to have standardized on. In both the case of the seed spreader and aerator, I took the chance to make other improvements to their design, while I had the welder and the paint already in-hand.
